Unable to authorize machine with Pioneer License

Hi,

I just subscribed to the InstaLOD Pioneer License and installed

InstaLOD Studio 2026 (latest version) for the first time.

When I enter my Abstract ID credentials and click “Authorize,”

I receive the following error:

“Invalid License ‘InstaLOD Pioneer License’”

My license is active (2026.02.15 – 2027.02.17) with 1 available seat

and 0 authorized machines. This is a fresh install on a new machine

with no prior InstaLOD history.

Could you help me resolve this issue?
