Unexpected Shutdown

I installed ImstaMAT but unable to open instamat. Whenever I am trying to open, it is showing error message “Unexpected Shutdown”. What Should I do?

Processor : Intel i5 13th generation
GPU: Intel arc a750 8gb

Thanks for providing your Windows version.

When starting InstaMAT Studio, do you see the welcome screen with the option to create a new project on the left and the list of available YouTube tutorials and content on the right before crashing?

If the crash occurs before getting to the welcome screen, it might be an issue with the MSVC redistributables. Could you check whether installing the latest version fixes the problem?
