Trying to activate/acquire Pioneer license

Hello,

I’m trying to acquire a license for InstaMAT, but when I try to activate in InstaMAT Studio by entering my email it says, “An unexpected error occurred. TLS initialization failed”. I’ve tried to acquire one online through the license manager, but it just links back to the page to download the software.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is unfortunately a known issue currently. While we are working on a fix, there are users on our Discord that were able to help with this issue in the past. Maybe this would be something you’d like to check out?
