Thank you for your response! I have another question: Can viewport navigation be set to mimic Blender or Maya’s control scheme? I might have missed this feature in the settings. If it’s not currently available, are there any plans to add this option in future updates?

InstaMAT’s viewport navigation is based on industry standard controls, it’s close to Maya at default. I think the zoom target in maya is viewport center at default, wheras MAT will zoom to the mouse cursor position. You can change this by going to Edit → Preferences → Viewport → and setting “Mouse Wheel” and “Mouse Drag Dolly Target” to “Viewport Center”.
The controls are industry standard as mentioned. Holding “ALT + LMB” will rotate, “ALT + MMB” will pan, “ALT + RMB” will zoom, mouse wheel will zoom as well.
I don’t think there are any plans to include Blender controls though. If you’d like, you could create a feature request here: Features Requests - Abstract Community
