Option to select which material sections to bake in asset texturing

Justification

Sometimes only certain objects get UV or sculpt updates and it then becomes unnecessary to bake all the material sections again

Implementation Details

A list similar to what we have in the asset project settings with on/off switches to allow us to pick which material sections we want to bake
