InstaMAT requires a password for access, which I have lost since the account was created two years ago.
When attempting to reset the password, I do not receive a reset code via email. Instead, I only receive a “Reset Password” button that redirects to an AbstractID link. Because this page requires entering the current password to process a change, this reset method is completely ineffective for a lost password.
