Hello @mohanpugaz, and welcome to our community!

Could you provide further information on the element graph you are adding into your layer-based project? How is the project configured? Which layer-based project type are you using - Asset Texturing or Material Layering?

Thanks!

Also, in case this helps, there is an article in InstaMAT’s documentation here that covers how to move projects between packages: How to Move Projects Between Packages | InstaMAT Documentation

Hi Thank you for your reply, i was working with asset texturing project, i solved this problem by
adding all my layers into new layer > right click , save to library as > created new project > reimported assets > imported layer stack from library, ecerything is back now, and now i can create element graph and drag it into asset texturing project.

package and project is little confusing for me, im from vfx background. would be cool to know more about how they are structured and what is saving where, usually we just have simple save the file option which i was used to.

Hello @mohanpugaz,

I’m glad you were able to solve the problem. By the way, a recent article in our documentation has been written explaining how packages, projects, and resources work in InstaMAT.

You can find the article here: How do Packages, Projects, and Resources Work in InstaMAT? | InstaMAT Documentation

Hopefully it helps clarify things. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask!

Thanks!
