Failed to login on the only device I use for Instamat, no seats available, can't deactive the previous activation

I’m unable to login to InstaMat due to there being no more seats available on my license, even though I’m working from the same machine, (It suddenly logged me out this morning). I can’t deactivate the previous activations, due to them being “floating”, meaning my account is essentially bricked, and I’d have to make a new account which most likely violates a ToS to use the software again. The only thing that could have changed between today and yesterday when it was working, would be an IP Address, as I’m working off a hotspot.

This may have been an edge case and we’ll investigate. You should already be able to activate your license again. Please let me know if you are still facing issues.
