Hi there. We have the problem that our embedded IFrame is not reacting to any user input since yesterday. A few days ago, it was working fine. We have not changed anything on our side and tested the embedding on a pure blank page - same outcome: user input is blocked. Help would be appreciated, thank you.
Adding some technical findings:
We noticed that main.js and PublicAssetFeed.js on hello.polyverse.cloud were both last modified on July 21, 2026 at 18:07 UTC
which pretty much aligns with when the issue started. The browser console also shows a no camera is set warning originating from your main.js, suggesting the camera/controls initialization order may have regressed in the latest deploy. The 3D model still renders and auto-rotation still works, but user interaction (drag to rotate, etc.) appears to be broken. Hope this helps narrow it down!

thx @debe for your response!
any updates so far?
Hello @asj, a fix for that issue was pushed last night, can you please check again if it’s working for you now?
Thanks!
Hi @debe, thanks for the quick follow-up! Unfortunately, I just re-tested and the issue is still occurring exactly as before
