Can't the Pioneer License be revoked for authorized computers?

I have a Pioneer license, but I want to cancel the authorization computer. Is there any way to change to a new computer?

You can authorize InstaMAT on another machine if InstaMAT is closed on the previous machine.

I have a similar question:
Pioneer license is active on PC1 (desktop).
I like to switch to PC2 (notebook) temporarily.
And then back to PC1 again.

This might happen often.

Is there a limit on how often it is allowed to switch PCs?

You should be able to switch between PCs as long as InstaMAT is closed on the other machine.

Thanks for the answer.

So, the way to change PCs is:

  • Closing InstaMAT on the currently used PC (desktop)
  • Going to: https://cloud.instamat.io/client/activations
  • Deactivating the activation for the desktop
  • Starting InstaMAT on the other PC (notebook)
  • Activating InstaMAT by entering the login information into the opening dialog
  • Using InstaMAT
  • Doing the same steps once I need to switch back to the desktop

There is no limit in how often this switch can be done.

I am asking, because I used another software, that had a limit of 5 switch actions and that let the license become invalid once that limit was reached (it was a not so good experience).

Hello @cgidesign,

It should not be needed to deactivate in the License Management Web App when using the Pioneer License. It’s floating, just close MAT on one PC and open it up on the Notebook and vice versa.
