In 2025, I tried this software on my laptop and was truly impressed. Today, I’d like to reinstall it on my desktop to continue my unfinished design, but I’m encountering an authorization failure upon login. Is this because a Pioneer License is limited to binding only one device? If so, how can I transfer my license to the new device to continue my work? I’m not a native English speaker—please forgive any awkward phrasing.

The Pioneer License is floating and you should be able to switch devices as soon as MAT is not running on another computer simultaneously.
About your issue, please check if a license file was created on your computer, delete it and try to start InstaMAT again to authorize. Here is an article that will help you to locate the license file: https://docs.instamat.io/en/KnowledgeBase/KB0008
If this doesn’t work, try to log into the license managmenet web app under https://cloud.instamat.io/ and go to “Activations” to see if any device is authorized. If so, try to deauthorize and start clean.
