Install Instamat pro license in a different machine

Hello friend.
I already have a pro license in my office PC and want to use in my home PC, Im tryed deactivate the office machine and activate in my Home machine… but no success… what i can do to works?

If you previously had the license activated on two machines and deactivated one before trying to activate it on your home PC, please note that the deactivation process may take up to 24 hours to fully complete.

That being said, the Pro license is a semi‑floating license and can be activated on up to two different machines. Your case should work perfectly fine.

Please check your current activations in the License Management Web App at https://cloud.instamat.io/ to see which devices are already registered.

for now… i have only activated the Office PC…

And when i try to activate the new one… shows me this message…

It seems like only one of your two available activations was accessible in your account. The team just went ahead and fixed that. You should now be able to activate InstaMAT on your second computer.

For future reference, you can create a request under “Technical Support” in the License Management portal since you have access as a paid user. This way we can help directly.

On a side note, I deleted the screenshots you posted as they were exposing your IP.
