Error - Authorization Failed - Activate your Abstract ID to proceed

Hello ! I have a big issue while trying to log in on InstaMAT, when it’s asking to Authorize my computer it says when I put my username/password:

Error

Authorization Failed

Activate your Abstract ID to proceed.

Could somebody tell me what did I do wrong please ? I have the free liscence activated I don’t know what to do, thanks anyway for your help !

Hello ! Sadly I’ve tried and now it’s saying that I don’t have a license anymore :confused:

I’ve tried with both Username and Email Adress, uninstal and install it back but nothing seems to works:

Do you know if maybe my email adress could mess with something ? I use hide-my-email aliases but sometimes it can be tricky ? Thank you for trying to help me anyway ! ^-^

Hello again @keroshika,

Have you created a password for your Abstract ID account?

If not, could you try logging in to your account, setting a password, and then activating InstaMAT Studio?

It worked ! Thank you so much ! I tought this option was to change the password ;-;
